1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UltimateTeam.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

UltimateTeam.ai provides autonomous AI business agents that perform business operations on your behalf. These agents can send communications, manage data, execute transactions, and take other actions as configured by you.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Configuring appropriate autonomy levels for your AI agents
• Reviewing and approving high-stakes agent actions when prompted
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

4. AI Agent Actions

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI agents act based on your configuration and instructions
• While agents operate autonomously, you remain responsible for their actions
• Agents may make errors; you should review critical outputs
• High-stakes actions require explicit approval unless you configure otherwise
• We provide guardrails and safety mechanisms, but no AI system is infallible

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent safety guardrails or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

6. Billing and Credits

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Credits are consumed by agent actions at published rates. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you provide to the Service and all outputs generated by your AI agents. We claim no ownership interest in your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltimateTeam.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from AI agent actions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your AI agents will cease operating and you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
